Rising Starz Fitness is a gymnastics and fitness program serving the Greater Grand Rapids area! We specialize in a mobile program that brings the gym to your school, church, youth group or recreation center. We do big groups and small groups, big kids and little kids! Rising Starz Fitness believes in developing an atmosphere that creates success for every child. This program will emphasize on more than just forward rolls and cartwheels. We will talk to them about the entire realm of fitness…healthy eating, enough rest, and plenty of exercise. While doing this we help each child individually build self confidence and a strong self-esteem, so that they will be successful in life. |
